Shipping costs and fees are noted in the checkout section of a product or service and is selected by the customer.  If shipping costs are noted as $0.00 or FREE, than a customer is not expected to pay any additional fees outside the costs listed on the product or service checkout page for the items in the cart. If a return or exchange is initiated and accepted, ArtbyAgi reserves the right to refuse responsibility for shipping fees associated with the refund or exchange.
