Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged, unworn, no scrapes, scuffing, damaging, holes, with hanging brackets intact on the back of the canvas, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Any fees associated with returning the product back to the shop (packaging and shipping) will be at the cost of the consumer. Return labels are not included in your package.
Any item that is returned to the shop damaged will not be granted a refund - no exceptions.
Items returns in like-new condition will be granted 90% refund of the original payment back.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for the cost of the shipping label. Items sent back to the store without first requesting a return will not be accepted or refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Including pictures of the defective, damaged, or wrong item, with a brief description may be requested as a step in the process.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
SALE ITEMS and GIFT CARDS are non-refundable/returnable. All Sale items and Gift Card purchases are final.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for a new item. Exchanges for items that exceed the original item cost must pay the remaining balance before the new item will be sent.
If an item is returned and exchanged for an item of lesser value/cost, there are two options:
1. The difference will be refunded within 7-10 business days to your bank account,
or
2. You can choose to have the balance applied to an Art by Agi gift card, funds will be available 2-4 hours after the exchange is completed.
Once this exchange agreement has been declared, it can not be changed/reversed at a later time to the alternate option.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on 90% your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
